Right side Hitter (RS)

The right side hitter plays in the front right corner of the court near the net when the setter is in the back row. They are just like the OH but on the right. Left-handed players usually excel here.

Teams will often organize their players and make substitutions to make sure the setter is always in the back row so that they always have three hitters in the front row.
